**We do not set up tables and/or chairs.
If we agree to set up tables and/or chairs, it will be on a case by case basis and a set up fee of $150.00 will be added to the rental.
When we arrive to pick up chairs, they should not look like this… 😳😱🙈
All tables and chairs need to be in the same condition as when they were dropped off. i.e. clean, dry and free of spills, sticky substances, bird droppings, etc.
If the tables and/or chairs are left out in the elements and it happens to rain, snow, mist, a sprinkler gets them wet, etc…it is your responsibility to dry them and make sure they are in the same condition as when they were dropped off for your rental.
You will be charged a $100.00 fee if we have to hand dry each table and chair.
All tables and chairs need to be neatly stacked on provided carts and secured with provided tie-downs. Tables and chairs should be stacked and secured in the same fashion as when they were dropped off. Chairs should be laid on the provided carts with the underside of the chair facing UP. If done correctly, all chairs will stack neatly on top of each other.

We want to continue to be able to keep rental costs low, but we will not be able to do so if we have to continually spend hours cleaning and drying tables and chairs each time they are rented out. 😓
